AXIS Engineering ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. Because ProjectAxis is currently in beta and completely free to use, we do not have user accounts, we do not run behavioral advertising, and our data collection is strictly minimal.

The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily give us:

• Your Email Address: If you sign up for our newsletter or use our contact form.
• Basic Technical Logs: Standard anonymous web traffic logs (like browser type and timestamp) processed automatically by our hosting provider to keep the site online and secure.

If you provide us your email address, we only use it to reply to your inquiry or to send you occasional platform updates (if you subscribed to the newsletter). We do not sell your email, trade it to marketing agencies, or use it for cross-site tracking.

3. Data Retention and Security

We hold onto your email address until you ask us to remove it or you unsubscribe from our updates (which you can do at any time). All data transmitted to our site is secured using standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
